Estimates are not arrival guarantees. Mounting can extend the paper schedule; frame availability can affect timing. WHCC separately lists flat Canvas Prints at 2–3 business days. Nonstandard dimensions outside our regularly offered sizes or aspect ratios generally add 1–2 business days to production. This Stagner Images planning allowance accounts for extra material preparation, cutting, and finishing. Availability and the final schedule are confirmed for your specific piece.

Every fine art print available to purchase through our website checkout qualifies for complimentary standard U.S. shipping. You can upgrade from the included standard service to Two-Day, One-Day Standard, or One-Day Priority at the rates below, subject to availability. Freight and custom orders are arranged with me directly.

Percentages apply to the eligible fine art retail subtotal. Expedited transit starts after dispatch, not when you order. Service availability and delivery timing require confirmation. All fine art prints offered through website checkout qualify for standard U.S. shipping at no charge. Freight is arranged directly and quoted separately. International charges depend on the destination.

Our normal carriers are FedEx and FedEx Freight. Special orders may require another service, and the actual carrier is confirmed for your shipment. A particular carrier is not guaranteed by the service names above.
Oversized, thoughtfully arranged.
Freight is reserved for standalone prints larger than 40×60 inches and larger standard frames whose weight requires it. These orders are arranged with me directly, rather than through website checkout. We will confirm delivery requirements and your individual freight quote before payment.

Custom orders are handled directly with me and paid through a Square invoice or in person. We will confirm your artwork specifications and any shipping or freight charges before payment. These orders are separate from our website’s standard product checkout.

All shipped prints are insured, including freight shipments. If there is a problem in transit, you have a personal point of contact to help resolve it.

Let’s make
it right.
Damaged, incorrect, or materially not-as-described prints qualify for review under our 14-day remake policy. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photographs showing the issue.
Keep the artwork and packaging while we review your request. Approved remakes and their reshipping are provided at no charge.

When an order needs special attention, you can speak with me directly.
How long will my artwork take to arrive?
Allow time for artwork preparation and approvals, production, and then transit. Use the production estimates above as a starting point. Material, finishing, stock availability, destination, and custom dimensions can change the schedule.
Can you meet a specific deadline?
Please inquire before ordering. I will confirm production availability and shipping options for your destination. A deadline is only confirmed after we review your order personally; choosing expedited shipping alone does not confirm it.
Does faster shipping mean faster production?
No. Two-Day and One-Day services describe shipping transit after dispatch. Rush production, when available, must be discussed and confirmed separately.
How do I follow my shipment?
Use the tracking details supplied with your shipment confirmation. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. If you cannot locate your tracking information or an update seems unusual, contact me with your order details.
Which prints include free standard shipping?
All fine art print products available through our website checkout include complimentary standard U.S. shipping. Expedited delivery is optional and carries the charges listed above. International shipping has destination-specific charges.
How do I pay for a custom order?
Custom orders are arranged directly with me. Once we confirm the specifications and any delivery charges, payment is handled through a Square invoice or in person, rather than through website product checkout.
Will my artwork arrive by freight?
Fine art prints purchased through website checkout qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. Freight is needed for standalone prints larger than 40×60 inches or larger standard frames whose weight requires freight. Those orders come through me directly, with delivery arrangements and charges confirmed individually.
Do custom dimensions take longer?
Generally, allow 1–2 additional business days for sizes outside our regularly offered dimensions or aspect ratios. Extra preparation, cutting, and finishing can take time. The material and exact dimensions must be confirmed first.
What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Include your order information and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any shipping damage. Keep everything during the review. Approved remakes and reshipping are free.
Are freight shipments insured too?
Yes. All shipped prints are insured, including both parcel and freight shipments. If your artwork arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact me with your order details so I can help with the next steps.
